I got a 2016 Pilot from Herb Chambers in Burlington Not exactly sure why there were no 2016 Pilots at most of the Honda dealerships this year. I had been looking for several weeks before walking into H Not exactly sure why there were no 2016 Pilots at most of the Honda dealerships this year. I had been looking for several weeks before walking into Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. It was my first time at this dealership and I was so pleasantly surprised. Instead of telling me what they couldn't do to help me, Carlos and Amjad asked what color I wanted and Carlos immediately went to work locating a silver Pilot. He found one in Bangor, Maine and immediately sent a driver to pick it up--a 10 hour ride round-trip. Amjad delivered the car to where I work and carefully explained all of the new technology in the vehicle. The dealership purchased my 2013 Pilot and offered me a pretty fabulous deal on the new one. The team at Herb Chambers in Burlington really takes care of their customer. I'm pretty impressed. Thank you so much guys! More

Replace a clip on roof rail following roof repair As always, Chris Glen handled our service repair with great attention and thoroughness. Our car roof was leaking and it was very difficult to locate As always, Chris Glen handled our service repair with great attention and thoroughness. Our car roof was leaking and it was very difficult to locate the Area where the water was coming in. Chris arranged for the service techs to try many times until they finally located the source of the leak. They fixed the leak, checked it again and cleaned the water stains on the headliner, all at the supervision of Chris, I'm sure. Chris took the time To research the problem and was able to submit the repair under the warranty so there was no cost to me. A new clip was needed for the roof railing system which Chris ordered and notified me when it was in. Again, Chris arranged for the service appointment. Chris Glen is a joy to work with and I'm always confident that my car is in good hands when I bring it for service. He stays on top of the job, keeps me informed and makes for a smooth and enjoyable service visit. Chris has been our go-to-service guy for many years. He's #1 in my book !! More
