Went in for a recall when I’ve received multiple letters each one stating there would be free loaner vehicles available while I wait. When I arrived I asked about the loaner vehicles and they were unable to each one stating there would be free loaner vehicles available while I wait. When I arrived I asked about the loaner vehicles and they were unable to provide one for me. Something about not having parts in for the loaner cars which makes no sense. Ended up having to walk around for 3 hours when I had xxxx to do and was under the impression I would be able to get done while my vehicle was being serviced. More
