I have used the service department at this dealership for more than a decade. I count on them to keep me safe by making sure that my car is running well. On this visit Kennedy was very helpful especially in more than a decade. I count on them to keep me safe by making sure that my car is running well. On this visit Kennedy was very helpful especially in explaining the new (to me) system for reporting the results of my vehicle inspection and the remediation recommendations. Our sales consultant Juvone was great. From the moment we wandered through the sales floor to the closing of the deal. He made the whole experience very relaxing. No high pressure (which is a huge turn off to this shopper). I love that test drives are solo with no one breathing down your neck. The individual who showed me the features was kind and helpful. The signing of the paperwork was ok. I understand that is where all the extra sales pitches have to occur but was thankful that once we made a decision on warranty was made it wasn’t questioned continually.
