Late model low mileage used car. Sam was the best. He listened and provded appropriate feedback for my questions. I did find the Factory Wrap Plus extended warranty a bit confusing. It is a good priduct but the financing goes against common sense since the payments are spread over the term of the loan and you can easily use up the eligible mileage well before the loan is paid up. He stayed with us the whole time the sale was going through and I found him honest and reliable. My only criticism would be that he referred only to my husband although I was the one buying the car. I wasn't offended because I think this might be a cultural difference that he is not aware of. I would recommend him and this dealership to others. More
