Chris really knows the product and had two Odysseys ready for me to test drive. He explained all of the features and took us for a test drive. Very low pressure sort of guy made us feel very comfortable. Within a short time he had us all set up with financing and were able to pick up the next day. Caitlin assigned Chris Banks to handle the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and cars in general. I could tell he was an enthusiast. I also loved his factual, friendly manner. He provided information and steeped back to let me make my own decisions. I loved this approach, since I'm a smart woman and I dislike being talked down to or 'sold'. He really gained my trust and respect. He was so helpful during the whole process of purchasing the car. Now that it has been more than a week, I still feel comfortable texting with him about any questions I have about my used car. He is still very helpful, informative and responsive.
