Mr. Almonte informed me that because of a cancellation they could have the service done that evening if I wished. I recieved assistance from Rancier Matos who I felt did an impecible job pairing me with the correct fit for what i was looking for. Never did I feel rushed or pushed into buying something that was not quite what I wanted. I truely beleive the goal wasnt to just sell any car it was honestly to help me find the best fit. The manner in which GM Scott Birtles graciously accepted the cancellation and cheerfully gave me a full refund told me a lot about this dealership. Three years later I was back and have never left. In the past 12 years I've leased 2 Pilots, one Crosstour and now my 2nd Accord. David High, my salesman, is a non-pressure professional truly interested in my satisfaction. He knows and understands what I want and took great care of me. I had an unexpected blip in my credit file, and Bill Panaccione (Finance Mgr.) and Scott Birtles bent over backwards to make sure I received the lease rate I deserved. Suffice it to say that I am treated well and always warmly greeted when I bring a vehicle in for service. I cannot say enough about the dealership. More

Car Sold From Under My Feet! I had a negative experience dealing at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. In regards to the staff, a Kyle Jones that dealt with my supposed to be purchas I had a negative experience dealing at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. In regards to the staff, a Kyle Jones that dealt with my supposed to be purchase and was great. Though the facts is on a Saturday morning i went in to test drive a 2012 Accord and was satisfied with the car and was excited about the purchase of this vehicle. I had a purchase agreement drawn up and was at the insurance company on Monday morning , getting ready to go to my bank to get the check since i was Pre-approved Saturday morning before my visit to the dealership. Since Kyle did not work on Sunday, Some other sales representative sold the car Sunday Night around 7:30 from what I was informed. I understand the dealership's policy of no deposits to hold a vehicle but they were hours away of making a sale which is quite outrageous. This review is at all no way negative regarding Mr. Kyle Jones, he was awesome and would highly recommend him, though the dealership I would not at all recommend.
