I don't know where to start . This has to be one of the best car buying experiences I ever had . First off I looked online for a honda accord on herbchambers.com . I got a quick reply from mike falcon to come in and look around . When I got there I took my time looking around the lot at new and used accords (and nobody bothered me which is rear but nice because I had enough time to look over everything) so when I was ready I went inside to see mike ,unfortunately he was busy ( I showed up with no appointment) so I was set up with mike Rebola. But how I got mike and my time with him is what sets herb chambers apart from all other dealerships in my opinion. when mike f was busy he did come down to meet me though and tim I from service and adrial c and they all set me up with mike R (alot of other dealerships salespeople are fighting over the next customer and bad mouthing each other but not here) Mike was awesome (it felt like I was trying to sell him a car) it was the first time where I had a salesman look out for my best intrest (usually they are trying to up sell you everything but again not here)what I mean by that is when I told him how many miles I do a year he explained to me the best way to get the best value for my money (but of course I didnt listen to him even though he was right because I already had my mind made up)but what I liked was he was not pushy .He asked me what I was looking for ( model, used ,new ,interior or cloth seats sunroof or not) when he found out what I wanted he showed me everything he had with what I wanted NOT what he could upsell me on like other places do so moving on when I picked the car I wanted we went inside to come up with price( the one thing everyone hates at a dealership) I can not believe how outstanding this part was > I told him what I would be comfortable paying a month ( I was financing) and that was it he came back with a price with all taxes inclueded that put me right at where I wanted to be NO haggeling or bs just straight to the point ,done deal. got everything I wanted at a price I wanted without doing anything ( I could go on about mike but i don't want to right a book as this is the short version already) but all I can say is if your looking for a salesman thats honest and looking for YOUR best intrest Mike Rebola and herb chambers is the way to go. I also like to give a shout out to kevin R who when I took my car for delivery sat with me for an hour going over everything about the car and setting up and programming everything(usually places just put you in the car go over basics for like 10 min then send you on your way ) but kevin took his time went ouvr every little detail some twice if I didn't understand ( a whole hour) this is what sets herb chambers apart from the rest More

We found a car online and went to the dealership to take a look. We were greeted by Russell Curran. He was very professional and friendly. By the time that we purchased the car we had visited the dealers a look. We were greeted by Russell Curran. He was very professional and friendly. I had been looking for a used Odyssey for two months. I visited multiple dealers and looked at hundreds on-line. I test drove two at Herb Chambers in Burlington and Westborough. Pleasant experience both times but not exactly what I was looking for. I liked the inventory at the Herb Chambers in Seekonk but I live almost two hours away in Southern New Hampshire. I emailed them to set up a time to come see an '09 Odyssey I had been looking at. Michael Falcon (Business Manager) replied with a form email asking to let him know if there was anything he could do to help our search and buying experience. I decided to see how sincere his offer really was finally called him to see if we could meet somewhere halfway to save me time. He called me right back and Instead offered to have the vehcile driven the entire distance right to my home (Sandown, NH) with no obligation. I could not believe it. John Henriques arrived in my driveway with the 09 Odyssey. The vehicle matched the description on the internet (not always the case as my research over the two months had revealed), I signed the purchase and sales, and we had a deal. Over the next week, Herb Chambers sent a runner to my place of work to pick up a check and have me finalize papers (another 1 1/2 hr drive -one way- for them); sent another runner to my hometown in Sandown, NH to register the vehicle and then delivered the vehicle to my home for delivery-all within a week period and I was never inconvenienced. They did everything and for the first time did I ever feel that the "doc" fee that a dealer charged was not only earned but probably too low! A lot of dealers have a new gimmick- "no haggle pricing"; "smart pricing", etc and Herb Chambers is no different but they also have have good old-fashioned customer service and too often, in today's world, that is different! I have a Honda Pilot and three acuras in my family so when it came time to get a vehicle for my 77 year old Mom, the choice was easy. Russ is an honest, straight-forward person, so I was happy to travel a little further to look at Hondas. (Silko in Raynham is a little closer) When I arrived, Mr. Curran met me, offered me coffee and we got down to business. He was most knowledgeable, spent the time to figure out what I specifically needed for my Mom, and when he heard that she had never had a new vehicle in her life, ( I went there thinking a reliable used vehice) worked really hard to make that happen! As a son, I am indebted to Mr. Curran, and your dealership for helping me get my Mom into her first new car! I would absolutely use your dealership and Russ again. He displayed much knowledge of the various products and I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge of the buying and leasing options available. The staff at Herb Chambers is always friendly and courteous. No one likes waiting for a car to be serviced, but the waiting area is clean, there is Wi-Fi, TV, coffee and snacks! I was nervous about purchasing a new car. When I first met with Phanuel he made feel extremely comfortable. Met with him once, came back about 2 weeks later. Asked to speak with Phanuel again. For my best met with Phanuel he made feel extremely comfortable. Met with him once, came back about 2 weeks later. Asked to speak with Phanuel again. For my best interest we decided to purchase a new car. Talking with him and Paul Zito was great. Made me feel at ease with the whole process. Just flawless. I'm a raving fan. The reason I bought the van from Scott and Cliff was that I had business in the greater Boston area, and Scott had returned an email I sent about the car within five minutes. I mean, that's just unreal. He shared how the entire process would go, advised me that Cliff would be my main point of contact, and even followed-up before I headed down to pick up our new Odyssey.
