I have bought two vehicles from Dean. both timeshe provided excellent friendly service. The second time I called Dean Looking for a specific vehicle. This is either the 2nd or 3rd lease through David High, and it Last month I signed my 4th consecutive lease with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. This is either the 2nd or 3rd lease through David High, and it could not have gone smoother. David knew about my prior vehicles, my likes, dislikes, and preferences. So when David politely insisted that I take the time to test drive a certain vehicle as he did not think I would be happy with the vehicle, I chose not to even test drive it. This year I considered and test drove other vehicles (Toyota, VW and Ford) but returned "home" to David because of Honda, his product knowledge and desire to find a good fit for me. We discussed other vehicles in addition to those I test drove; David was frank yet very respectful of the "competition". He even went so far as to offer to refer me to individuals at other dealerships. If that doesn't display confidence in his product and "NO pressure" sales, I don't know what does. David has maintained contact with me after each delivery as well as several times throughout the lease period. I can't say enough about him and Herb Chambers Honda... All of my experiences at the dealership have been positive, so I must put in a good word for Scott Birtles (GM) and Tim Islip (Sr. Service Advisor) who always express genuine interest in me. More

I want to thank Andrew Beaulieu for a pleasant experience with the leasing of my 2012 Honda CR-V. In December of 2012, I walked into Honda with my mind made up not to lease another Honda CR-V as a wasn't com with the leasing of my 2012 Honda CR-V. In December of 2012, I walked into Honda with my mind made up not to lease another Honda CR-V as a wasn't completely thrilled with my 2009 Honda that I was leasing. My intent was to listen to to Andrew look at the vehicle and leave for another dealership. Andrew politely listened to my concerns and asked me to at least look at the 2012 models. Well,to make a long story short I am so happy Andrew was patient with me and was persistent in my looking at the 2012's. Thanks to Andrew I am again a happy Honda CR-V owner. More
