I got reffered to Herb Chambers Honda by family. Told specifically to deal with Rene Acosta, Im glad i did! When I went there i was dead set I wanted a brand new Accord black on black leather and everyth specifically to deal with Rene Acosta, Im glad i did! When I went there i was dead set I wanted a brand new Accord black on black leather and everything, but i told Rene i wanted to run numbers before i test drove anything. I already did my research on what would've been a good deal, lets just say he did alot better than i thought. Even though its was a good deal and i was ready to buy at that point, Rene told me about a pre-owned 2012 accord leather black on black with just 5k miles and $3500 less than the already good price on the 12 with 0 miles. Tes drove the used Accord, loved it! Rene brung me to the back roads to really get a feel of it, the whole time informing me on why i should by a certified used Honda. By the time we got back we both knew that i wanted to leave with this car. I Did! I would recommend Rene Acosta to anyone looking for a vehicle. I know all my family and friends will. More

I went to Herb Chambers for my new Civic originally because it's fairly close to where I live and the current deals were good. When I got to the dealership, I actually walked right past and dismissed one salesman who approached me because he was chewing gum and just didn't have the right demeanor. Inside, Jeff's approach was friendly and professional and I was happy to work with him and he with me. He listened attentively to my wants and needs and didn't rush me at all. He has a good sense of humour and a good sense of people, not acting pushy or condescending. It was a friendly, fun and pressure-free experience and Herb Chambers has got a great employee in Jeff.
