Danny the sales person took the time to inform me and test drive both the Accord and the Civic models. He listened to my reactions and gave me time to think them through. Both Danny and Brian, the manage test drive both the Accord and the Civic models. He listened to my reactions and gave me time to think them through. Both Danny and Brian, the manager, listened to my needs and choices carefully and provided an experienced person to show me how my new car worked. They met me more than halfway and helped me deal with leading and purchase details. The overall emphasis was not on selling but on meeting my needs and exceeding my joy.
