7:30 appt for oil change and truck wasn’t ready until 9:00. I even had to wait for service person as my truck sitting there. They took majority of their time on try selling on services I didn’t need or a 9:00. I even had to wait for service person as my truck sitting there. They took majority of their time on try selling on services I didn’t need or ask for! They clean car mat but didn’t but back correctly and was slopping wet. Not going back! Waste of my time. More

I love Honda of Seekonk's service department. Literally! They are always friendly, understanding, helpful, even kind to their customers.
