Upon arrival I first met Kelvin Almonte at the service desk. He immediately knew who I was (because I’ve been at the dealership many times over several years) and found the appointment listing. It seemed like he had me mostly checked in before we even spoke. The only question he asked was if it was just the inspection. He had me in my way in under an hour. Top Shelf as usual. More
