Service was easy to schedule, courtesy car was available and waiting when I arrived. I was kept informed of the progress. In a rather unusual occurrence, I wasn't quite happy with my vehicle when it was re and waiting when I arrived. I was kept informed of the progress. Ferdy and the service team made the process seamless. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail. A video explanation was sent while I waited and I enjoyed a hot drink with a snack. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail. Stiwar, Ali, Max, and Mark helped make it happen.
