This is the most unethical dealership I have ever worked with! The first car I bought from them they showed me a brand new Lexus all wrapped up in plastic yet the one that I was given after signing the pape with! The first car I bought from them they showed me a brand new Lexus all wrapped up in plastic yet the one that I was given after signing the paperwork was one that had been sitting in the showroom for quite some time. The second SUV I purchased was a custom order from someone else that had a $995 feature they charged me for but didn’t tell me about. I didn’t realize it until after I signed the paperwork because Carlos had ne sign an electronic pad. They didn’t even clean the inside of the car before they gave it to me! Forget the Lexus and go down the street to BMW! Nick confirmed after-the-fact the option was on the car and they charged me for it even though they never told me It would be added on. No apology; just wished me happy miles on my new Lexus. No shame on screwing their customers. More
