Nicole was very responsive when I submitted an online inquiry and coordinated my appointment with Nick to visit the dealership. Nick Pacheco's attentiveness, along with his friendly and professional demeanor stood out tremendously from the other dealerships I had visited. Dealing with Nick and Niko, they made the sales process extremely easy and enjoyable. When I found the "perfect" used car there was just one thing about it I didn't like.... a scratch on the driver's side doors. I didn't think I would mind it too much, but after one day with the car - it was all I could see when I looked at my new 2017 RX... So I called Nick and told him how much it was bothering me. Nick & Niko arranged to have the entire driver's side of the car repainted...Now the car is flawless!
