Great experience at HerbChambers! I was contacted by Kayla who convinced me it would be worth the trip from Rhode Island to purchase a Lexus that I was interested in. I must say from the first call, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and made me want to purchase my vehicle Rob Williams, the salesman,was a pleasure to work with and negotiated a great deal for me. When my papers were signed, he went over the vehicle, assisting me with setting up the technical stuff, and this car is loaded! Richard in finance was also a pleasure, and I must say that to date, this has been my best car buying experience ever!. The cafe was get place to relax in while they were doing the setup for me. Kayla was right, it was well worth the ride to Sharon, Mass and I am very happy I completed my purchase here. Highly recommend!!! More

He guided us from beginning to end and right before we were about to take our car out, he surprised us with ribbon on the car! Deeply disappointed, but happy I went with Hingham I contacted the internet sales representative about a particular used vehicle that I was very interested in, and was given an "appointment" to see the I contacted the internet sales representative about a particular used vehicle that I was very interested in, and was given an "appointment" to see the car the next day at 2:15p. Around 9am on the day I was supposed to see the car, I received word that the exact car I was interested in had been sold. I get it, cars sell quickly, but I would have either put a deposit on the car or purchased the car the same day that I inquired about it rather than wait for an "appointment" to see the car while they were busy trying to sell it to someone else. I think it was unhelpful bordering on dishonest not to explain my options in seeing the vehicle the day I inquired about it. Moreover, I think it is foolish to set up "appointments" to see cars...it is not a doctors office, it's a car dealership. Needless to say, I purchased a much better, newer car at Herb Chambers of Hingham on the same day, traded in a very clean RX350, and will be purchasing many more from them in the future. My advice for Herb Chambers of Sharon is to take people seriously when they inquire about a car, and if you are going to set up "appointments" the next day for people to see the car they are inquiring about, do something to secure the vehicle like take a deposit or something, or advise them to come in that day and do the deal. I will say that I do appreciate the fact that I was notified that the car was sold out from under me before coming into the dealership and wasting my time. More

Always there for me! I want to share my experience from 3-1-19. Mark Forcucci was great in helping me in the middle of a snow storm without an appointment. Mark got me right into a loaner vehicle and assured me he would get the car fixed right up. By the next day he had ordered a new radiator, had it installed and cleaned the car for me. Ken Alves to the Rescue I had somehow gotten my grandson’s car seat completely locked up in the seat belt of my 2015 Lexus RX350. Both my husband and I tried over and over I had somehow gotten my grandson’s car seat completely locked up in the seat belt of my 2015 Lexus RX350. Both my husband and I tried over and over again to get the seat belt to release to no avail. I called the dealership where we had purchased our SUV the previous summer. I was assured that Ken Alves would be available to resolve the problem. I arrived at the dealership the next afternoon. Without even requiring me to get out of the car, Ken went to work on the car seat. Within 5 minutes he had the seat belt released (it was actually the car seat and not the belt that was the problem). Not only was there no charge, but Ken offered to wash my car! Since I had been there just the week before for my (free) service, I declined the car wash. I asked Ken if I could give him a tip for his help and he replied “No thanks, it’s just what we do”. What a great experience. Ruthanne Molyneaux More
