I had service at Herb Chambers Lexus last week. Ronnie is my service advisor. As usual, I showed up at my car was taken right away, I went upstairs to have a coffee while I waited. Eric greeted me immediately upon entering the service office area even though I was thirty minutes early. He had my account on his iPad ready to discuss the service plan and made suggestions given my add office area even though I was thirty minutes early. The car was ready within two hours of the dropoff which was perfect. The whole experience was top notch. More
