I bought my first Lexus when the Herb Chambers opened in Sharon and have been going there ever since. The Service Department is excellent and customer friendly. I bought a 2024 NX 350 AWD in March 2024 and Sharon and have been going there ever since. The Service Department is excellent and customer friendly. I bought a 2024 NX 350 AWD in March 2024 and just brought it in for the 6 month check up. Ronni was the Service Advisor and she was courteous, caring and knowledgeable. The door had an intermittent rattle so Ronni offered to have a Technician take it for a test drive with me. The Technician (Bill) was patient and fixed the rattle. More
