Who likes buying a car? I certainly don’t but my sales consultant, Kevin Sorgi took the necessary steps to make this whole process seamless and painless. I knew what car I I certainly don’t but my sales consultant, Kevin Sorgi took the necessary steps to make this whole process seamless and painless. I knew what car I wanted, was quick to present the car, provided the test ride, worked with me on my trade in value on my current car. This transaction was all done within a reasonable time frame. Had an 8:30 appointment and the sale was concluded around 10:00-10:30. The car was ready for delivery when promised, James from finance department also provided excellent customer service, was finalized in record time and I was in my way.
