Most importantly along with Peter, Frank Carey and Greg Mirabile all need to be highly complemented for their efforts to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my car. I also need to highlight the fact that all of my past Lincolns have been trouble free, never an issue. The car in question seems to be a one off with its issues. These issues were resolved with the highest degree of professionalism, speed and most importantly to my satisfaction. I left the dealership today, a very pleased customer with the highest respect for Herb Chambers and his staff. I honestly believe my issue would not have been and could not have been resolved to this level of satisfaction at any other Lincoln dealership. Best Car Experience Yet Best car experience so far. My first car was a BMW and the second was a Mercedes from the dealership near Lincoln's in Norwood. My parents have been with them for over 20 years now I must say I love this place! Peter and Greg from sales are just awesome. So friendly and down to earth, they explained everything. I actually ended up hugging Greg after the sale because I felt so well taken care of. I love my car so much. I've had no issues except I ran over a pothole and got a flat. Might I say that Norwood was SO accommodating and took me right away. The Medford location was disorganized and unfriendly. I will choose to drive 45 minutes to Norwood over 25 minutes to Medford any day. Honestly the best service. Everyone is so kind and clean and pleasant. They have a clean waiting area with a plasma TV, snacks, coffee, tea, water bottles... They even have a salon upstairs! Seriously couldn't be happier so far. Kayla M More

She was thrilled to hearLincoln was going to make them again. On June 30th we went to Herb Chambers in Norwood and hooked up with Danny Jordan. He showed us several Continentals explains the differences and helped us every step of the way. He was very outgoing and polite and knew what he was talking about. We also worked with James to come up with a price we were happy with and when all was said and done, on Sunday July 2nd we drove off in our new Continental. My wife is thrilled to have another Continental and we are more than satisfied with our Herb Chambers experience, especially Danny. We recommend them highly. More
