Totally satisfied with buying experience I was looking to replace my Mini Clubman with one that had all wheel drive and worked with Sam who got me a Mini Countryman with the exact features I I was looking to replace my Mini Clubman with one that had all wheel drive and worked with Sam who got me a Mini Countryman with the exact features I wanted at the price we wanted. When I wasn’t sure which variant of MINI I wanted he was more than happy to let me test drive various models with no pressure to buy or any attempt to upgrade me to a higher end model. Unlike past dealer experiences once I had made my choice and decided to pay in full there was no pressure to buy the car on a lease deal or credit, which I’m sure is better for the dealer. All in all a good, easy going car buying experience. More

The first time we went there, we didn't really find the right combination of a used Mini that was in our price range and met what we were looking for, but we left our information/desires with Brian and a month later we were able to come back and get one that was right what we were looking for. The process was very quick, no pressure, and everything ran on time and as promised. No surprises or ugly hiccups in paperwork or getting everything squared away as agreed to. The CPO and used car sales at Herb Chambers Mini are no-haggle pricing, and they were priced very reasonably at market value, which eliminates alot of back and forth as well. I would highly recommend both Herb Chambers Mini and Brian for good service. This place is far better than Mini of Peabody, which is a clown show. More

Happily back in a Mini!! Several years ago, I owned a Mini Clubman and there was no question it was the best car I ever owned. Then, living in the city, I was going to attempt going carless. With a brief three-year experiment, I realized this was impossible for me. As a musician, I have the need to bring equipment around with me often and my other experiments of getting my gear around just didn’t work out. My wife didn’t have a car for several years and recently, when her work situation changed, she needed to get a car. There was no question she was getting a Mini (based on the one I had previously owned) and she luckily met David at Herb Chambers Mini. I was so impressed with her car-buying process with David. I wasn’t even the one getting the car, but David was so knowledgeable and easy to work with; it was such a great experience. He stuck out as a great person to work with in what usually can be a stressful part of life. Fast forward a half-year later when I needed a new car. It wasn’t even a question. I wasn’t just going to head over to Mini; I was going to see David. He made it effortless to find the perfect car for me at the price I wanted (within one dollar of my target price!) and without any compromise! I truly got the perfect car for me! This is the guy you want to go to when looking for a Mini. I’m not the type to fill out forms, and also not the type to rave about car buying. But David has such a comfortable way about him that he’s made the whole process amazing and fun. And now me and my wife are proud to say that we’re a Mini family.
