Our representative, someone who seemed easy going and likable and has many positive reviews on this site, confessed he'd been "wrong" about certain information he'd given us. He tried to counter the other dealer's offer, at one point lowering the price to a point he'd earlier told us would represent a loss to his dealership. If you believe that, he also has a bridge in Brooklyn for sale. He was not able to better the other dealer's offer, then his manager got involved and accused us of wasting their time. Really? I don't know why this dealership has so many good reviews, perhaps because people feel happy after buying a car and like to think they got a good deal. My advice - buyer beware! More

What I loved the most was the fact that I did not feel pressured at all and David was very patient, which was important for me! The entire staff was very kind. I also worked with Mustafa who was great as well. He was very knowledgeable about the financing and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. 5 Stars for overall experience! I needed to replace my beloved yet persnickety 2006 After endless searches for ideas on what new car to buy I decided I MUST have another mini cooper. I needed to replace my beloved yet persnickety 2006 mini cooper S however I dreaded the process. After much procrastination I finally took a day to visit Herb Chambers Mini of Boston. That's when I met Sara Espinal and she put all my fears to rest. Her energy and enthusiasm was contagious ! She was friendly, efficient and competent and she walked me through the lease process like a pro. Then I met the "genius" Ingrid and my day was complete. They work well together and make a great tag team =-) I had my new cooper S in one weeks time and I am in love! Sara ardently explained all the awesome features. She followed up with a phone call within a day and offered to help in the future if I had any questions or concerns. The car buying process I so dreaded could not have been any more pleasurable or successful thanks to Sara and Ingrid!! More
Great car, outstanding sales experience I traded a Jeep Wrangler for a 4 door hardtop SE at Herb Chambers Mini The first time I filled the gas tank I was delighted when I calculated the mila I traded a Jeep Wrangler for a 4 door hardtop SE at Herb Chambers Mini The first time I filled the gas tank I was delighted when I calculated the milage. (35 MPG combined!! ) I got about 21 MPG on the Jeep, and it barley had the power to get out of it’s own way. Some other things that I am not used to: Doing sharp curves at 50 MPM, awesome acceleration, excellent breaking, a tight shift pattern, and a comfortable sporty ride. I was concerned about the smaller luggage compartment until I went shopping and found that everything that fit in the Jeep luggage compartment also fit into the Mini. I am still amazed at how small the car looks from the outside, but how roomy it is inside. I like the gadgets and displays but don’t think that I have discovered all of the features yet. I seem to be finding something new every day. The onboard manual is a great innovation, and is very useful. My Motoring Advisor, David Lopez arranged to have my window mounted radar detector hardwired to the ignition. The dealership uses Sound in Motion, located nearby, to do jobs like this. They did a terrific wiring job job. The detector works great, and looks like something that was installed from the factory. The built in detector GPS works better than it did in the Jeep because the curvature of the windshield gives the antenna a clearer view of the sky. I was taking a curve at about 20 MPH over the speed limit, the radar detector went off, and I was able to slow down in time for the cop on the other side. The detector paid for itself again. Thanks to David, I saved time and money on the installation. David Lopez provided an outstanding sales experience. I appreciate that he took the time for two test drives. Based on prior research, I was most interested in the Countryman when I walked in, but then, I test drove the hardtop. :-) I wanted what seems to be an unpopular option set; standard transmission and NAV system. David was able to search multiple inventories to find me the exact car that I wanted. I had to wait several weeks to get it, but it was well worth the wait. Also, David kept me informed throughout the delivery process. What I liked best about the sales experience was all of the time that David spent with me on delivery day going over features of the new car. I have not had that kind of experience with any other dealer, and I have bought a few new cars in my day. More

Sara Espinal is a dynamo, taking time to show me all of the vehicles and the options - and she knows from experience. Sales Manager, Kate George is smart, funny, welcoming and a motoring enthusiast - and will help you through the entire process. (Also she'll ensure the ice cream case is filled for your visit.) This was my first encounter with (according to her business card) Motoring Genius, Chelsea Capwell - and she knows her stuff. Sara sat with me and went through all of the menu setups, and Chelsea came in with 'special teams' knowledge like how to adjust damper control. All around GREAT experience. I love my new MINI - and having a perfect sales team made it great. More
