Yana sold me a 2019 Macan Porsche which arrived in June 2019. As I ordered the car in January, Yana kept me updated as to the progress of the construction of the car. She handled all the paperwork and went through every detail of options that are available to me from Porsche. She spent over two hours quite through the options to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. She is an outstanding salesperson and is quite knowledgeable about the car and how to use the options that I had purchased. She gave me an explicit tutorial on how the options worked. She was always available by phone and any question that I had that she was not sure off the answer, she got back to me within an hour with the correct answer. He thought I should come in to the dealership and have a look at it. I visited Tom on a Sunday afternoon with no intention of purchasing and fell in love with the car. Tom and his sales manager Peter Wienstroer were very professional and knowledgeable about this special car. They offered a fair trade in allowance on my 2012 911 Turbo Cab and a fair price for the GT3 Touring considering the scarcity of this model.
