I only gave 2 stars for the dealership, not for the salesperson. Chandler as a salesperson could only do so much, he had no control on delivery, or giving me the best price possible, the manager took c salesperson. Chandler was able to get me a loner, (it was a van, which was all that was available), however, within 2 weeks he was able to secure a car which I had for an additional 4 weeks, all at no cost to me. That said, and the reason for my 2 stars. I expect a dealership to be honest with what they have available, and what's In Transit. I was looking for a 2022 Corolla LE, so I browsed their Website and clicked on the tab listing New Inventory, it shows all the models available, when I placed the curser on Corolla it said 5 In Stock, well they were not In Stock, but In Transit. Before signing the sales slip I was told it would be in shortly, within a few days, which turned into a few weeks, then another two weeks, and after 6 weeks, I had had it. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that was on the lot, a Corolla LE, which was my original purchase, however, it was a different color, did not have mudguards, or body side moldings which cost me an additional five hundred. I checked several other Toyota dealers and there were two that what they listed as New Inventory, was on their lot, and what was not was listed as New Inventory In Transit. I realize that we are in trying times due to Covid, delays, transportation problems, manufacturing problems, lack of new vehicles, used vehicles in some cases selling for nearly as much as new, depending on their mileage, and so on. All I ask is be upfront, say it like it is, if it's 6 to 8 weeks for a delivery, then be honest about it, it would make for a much happier customer, a customer who can trust the dealership he is dealing with. More
