I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and think we need to clarify a few of your concerns. I am the General Manager of this dealership and at no point was there a conversation between us. After reading your review I immediately looked into this matter to better understand what happened. Stephane, one of our other sales managers, reached out via phone and email that morning to confirm you were coming, and never received a response. With no confirmation of you coming in or not, we were not able to confirm the trucks availability. The Best Price Guarantee is strictly on an in stock unit only, and the vehicle that you were inquiring on had been swapped out to another dealership that day. Which we could have avoided had you returned our calls or emails. We had no other special edition Tundra’s in stock, the only other trims we had available you were not interested in. The person with whom you worked with via email has been employed with the Herb Chambers Companies for a little over 2 weeks as of today. With her being so new, she didn't have a picture in her signature. When you stopped spoke with her in the parking lot of the dealership, she had only been with us a short time and would have no reason to tell she was there “over a year” like you stated. I believe there has been a lot of misunderstanding and avoidable issues if there were better communication between you and us. We wish you well with your new Toyota.
