Used car purchase I do not usually do reviews but I thought that this needed to be said ! I had a Toyota 4Runner that was totaled back in December of 2014 and have b I do not usually do reviews but I thought that this needed to be said ! I had a Toyota 4Runner that was totaled back in December of 2014 and have been searching around for another one to replace the one that was lost, visited several dealerships and by far Herb Chambers Toyota Scion in Auburn was the best hands down no pressure and willing to work with me on my 4Runner replacement !! Thank you Jimmy Eldean for helping me get back into the 4Runner ....I love this truck !!! More

Sloppy mess Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. First they told me my car would be registered in a day or two. Come to find out they Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. First they told me my car would be registered in a day or two. Come to find out they didn't even have the title in my car so dear to turned into a week a week turned into maybe two weeks by the end of the first week I had had it. I told him that I wanted to cancel my order I was then promised a check for my first payment when I came in to drop off my treat him for the rental the next day. We called two times that day and were told the check was all set ready and waiting for us. When we got there they tried to get us into the rent knowing better I asked for the check before we signed for the rental. They waited to the last minute to tell me that they could not give me the check because I had put no money down but just had a trade it. If that's their policy that's fine but they shouldn't of lied to me every time he called let me pack up both my kids and drive down there and try to take my trade-in so that I have nothing left. I was so fed up with their many lies at this point that I told him I wanted to cancel the order I wanted nothing to do with them them. I was assured by the sales manager before I left that my loan had not been paid off on my trade-in and then a new loan for the new vehicle had not been taken out of my name. Imagine my surprise when I got a letter saying my trade-in had been paid off and my title was forwarded to the dealership. A new loan was also taken out of my name and all of this with days after I canceled. The minute the mistake was their problem but I still had to drive down there again to get it fixed. Their paperwork is sloppy it cost me a headache took me three weeks to straighten out with both banks I couldn't buy a car anywhere else until the issue was resolved but in the end I'm thankful I did not buy a car from them. The lied countless times and wasted my time. More

Four cars in 3 years! Bought 2 RAVs 3-1/2 years ago and got a great deal! The cars have been great but our experience working with Jimmy Eldean was the best!
