I was looking for a 36 month lease in a full size sedan, white with grey interior, they had a leftover 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE which I liked, so they got it financed right away, and the business Mgr made the white with grey interior, they had a leftover 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE which I liked, so they got it financed right away, and the business Mgr made the correction of 15,000 miles per year and i was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Picked up the vehicle a few days later because i wanted to register it for March 1, 2013, and the salesman set up my bluetooth and went over the other important info and made my first appointment in service. A few weeks ago I went out looking for SUVs. I checked out Honda CRV, Hyundai Tuscon and Toyota RAV. The new design of the Toyota RAV I fell in love with. The tire that now sits inside the vehicle was t out Honda CRV, Hyundai Tuscon and Toyota RAV. The new design of the Toyota RAV I fell in love with. The tire that now sits inside the vehicle was the best redesign ever. The simpleness and sleek style inside the vehicle is the best. My salesperson, Mark Hoenig, was very informative about the vehicle. When my new vehicle arrived at the dealership, Mark went over everything in the vehicle and how it worked. I love my Toyota RAV4. I was Looking For A New Car I wanted An All Electric or Hybrid Plugin. I Looked at the Electric Ford Fusion, Nissan Leaf and a Chevy Volt Went To Imperial Motors To Check The Chevy And Ford The Cars Wher Hybrid Plugin. I Looked at the Electric Ford Fusion, Nissan Leaf and a Chevy Volt Went To Imperial Motors To Check The Chevy And Ford The Cars Where Ok But The Sales Team at Both Of there Dealerships Was Not Very Good they did not treat me right and I was not happy with that Experience The Went To Bertera Nissan Same Thing They Just Did Not Have Much respect for The Customer Imperial and Bertera are Just Bad News the treatment was terrible Then We Went over to Herb Chambers Toyota In Auburn And we Where Treated Like Gold everybody was very nice and it was a pleasent experience Form The Sales Manager Mike Devers To The salesmen Bob And Brandon They Too Excellent Care of Us And we Bought A Prius Plugin A Great Car from a Fantastic Staff and Dealership Highly Recommened Thanks Norm Moren More

Marque has always been very informative as well as accommodating to my husband and myself each time we visit. This last visit, we were there to turn in a lease. Marque went through all the options fo accommodating to my husband and myself each time we visit. This last visit, we were there to turn in a lease. Marque went through all the options for us, breaking it down for us to see what our monthly payments would be when leasing vs. buying. We decided to buy and we have been delighted. There was a scratch on the car when it was time to pick it up and so Marque arranged a loaner for us, which was great because I got to practice on the same model. When our car finally did come, Marque was very patient with me and explained the blu-tooth and we made a phone call from the car "hands free!" I would (and have) recommended Marque to family and friends and hope he continues to work for Herb Chambers. More

I recommended this dealer to a freind of mine and when we brought his car in they did the work but, We encountered problems with the vehicle and when we brought it back to have them look at, as an example we brought his car in they did the work but, We encountered problems with the vehicle and when we brought it back to have them look at, as an example we left when he got home there was transmission fluid leaking on the ground, we didn't even have any work done on the transmission and what another garage said is that the trans-axel was popped out of the trans and we never had a problem with it. We later brought it back because of sludge in the filter, which we never had that problem either and they told us that the intake manifold was leaking into the engine and that it would cost about a little over 1000.00 dollars to fix it ,so we had them do the repair, about two weeks later we were on the highway in Boston and blew the engine. Of course we heard from them that it was an older car "a 1998 and that that happens, well we knew that the regular maintenance was done on the vehicle and never had the problems that occurred, like when we went to leave after they did an alignment they force the shifter , causeing it to lock the ignition, there's a safety switch in the shifter so that you can't shut the car off, until the shifter is in the proper position, well the forced the shifter bending the linkage and we couldn't get the car to start, then they misdiagosed the problem and said that the problem was in the ignition key switchand drilled out the ignition, when they finished doing that they called and told us they'd have to keep it alittle longrbecause even though they changed the ignition switch they still couldn't start the car I told them as we did before it was in the shifter, they fixed the shifter and the car started. but when they made out the paperwork they Omitted the fact they had screwed up, this is a very untruthful, and untrustworthy dealership, deffinately not a dealer you want working on a car over ten years old because the next thing you'll be hearing is how old it is and that you should buy one of their used cars instead, they were pushinf hard for that. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone ever again , I think they should be investigate for causeing problems with peoples' cars in an attempt to sell you one of theirs! this has been my experience, and I'm sure we weren't the only one's. I'm going to complain to the commerce dept in Auburn, and the states Attorney General. More
