I just bought a 2008 Loaded Camry and it needed an inspection, after my salesman Joe Blake called me to tell me the registration was all set, I came in and awaited my inspection sticker- it failed bec inspection, after my salesman Joe Blake called me to tell me the registration was all set, I came in and awaited my inspection sticker- it failed because of my plate (it had white spray paint on it) I was so upset that I came home called my husband. He came home cleaned off my plate, called the service department to tell them I was not going to the registry to get new plates, my called ended up with Jeff Frasner the service director and he was upset that my relationship with the department got off to a rocky start. he asked me to come down and see him personally. He examined the plate and said there is no reason it wouldn't pass after we cleaned it off. He had me in his office and apologized then gave me a voucher for a free oil change. Never have I had such great service with a car dealership. Tiffany Schimmelmann was so kind and very helpful as well! My car is now totally ready to hit the road!!! Thank you very much! More

They have accommodated us in every way. We've never had to wait for an appointment and when our agreed pick-up date was not possible they have provided loaner vehicles free of charge. The salesman Marque has always given us the right price the first time. I Dont feel that I have to second guess his quotes and this saves me time. They provide what they agree to always. In the auto business things happen its the nature of the business but even when things haven't gone the way they were planned the staff at HC Auburn has made the necessary adjustments to service us. The support staff to the the service dept is always welcoming and friendly and have knowledge beyond simply taking appointments. They take their time to explain situations and lay out options that are available. They dont push you to chose the most expensive repair but rather take their time to explain what each option will do. I feel as if I'm getting more than what I pay for each time we bring a vehicle there. I dont worry that the job wont be done correctly. I have the confidence that when I drop it off for a specific issue that issue will be corrected and I dont get the usual dealer "while we were under there we found all these other problems". I would just like to say that Ive read some negative comments pertaining to this service department in the past. Recently I went there for repairs needed on my Corolla which had a check engine light on. comments pertaining to this service department in the past. Every single person that I came in contact with in this department could not do enough to make sure my car got diagnosed in a timely manner and repaired the same day! They do recommend service that my vehicle is due for which sometimes is higher in price in comparison to some backyard garage, however the sayin is "you get what you pay for" I always thought dealers were over-priced until the service team here explained very thorough the "difference" between factory parts and aftermarket. Im not very car savy and it was extremely helpful and appreciated that they were able to demonstrate the difference with visuals. They stand behind their repairs and justify with the up most knowledge the benefits and value of maintaining my toyota. Thank you Herb Chambers for being such a trustworthy shop! You have gained a customer and Jiffy Lube just lost one! More
