Professional in all aspects of his work, he clearly and completely explains what needs to be done, the costs, and length of time it will take. He doesn't hesitate to explain emergent issues and their impact on cost and duration of the repairs. He brings to my attention things that don't necessarily need to be done now but should be addressed at the next service and gives me an expectation of the costs and duration of the future repairs. Mr. Dodd is the number one reason I keep coming back to the dealership, followed closely by the quality of work done. Please give Mr. Dodd a bonus and/or raise. He deserves it! More
