My entire experience with this dealership has been terrible. From the time I have leased my vehicle to this last service, they are not a customer friendly place. They are very obvious that customer se terrible. From the time I have leased my vehicle to this last service, they are not a customer friendly place. They are very obvious that customer service and care and building repeat business is not important to them. As for this last service, I requested them to do the toyota recommended 50k mile service and instead they only changed the oil and did a rotation and balance of the tires. That 50k service has a lot more to it than that. They also tried to make me pay for gas in a loaner vehicle that I planned not to use but they broke my truck and couldn't have it fixed the same day so I had no choice but to use a loaner car. I'm so disappointed by this dealership. More

Alyssa is always so friendly and prompt to greet me when I pull in for regular maintenance on my Highlander. She addresses my needs and makes sure that my service is done in a timely manner. Jim in the service department called me to let me know what they found wrong with my 2018 Tacoma. He took the time to explain what was going to be done to make the repairs. They quickly diagnosed and repaired my 2017 Toyota RAV4, including finding a problem that I didn’t know Auburn exceeded my expectations once again. I helped a friend with a paint issue with her 2011 RAV4 Limited. The roof showed issues with the roof where the paint chipped/peeled. There was a recall on the paint used when the vehicle was built. I drove it to herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn and met with Alyssa Moran one of the Service Advisors. I explained the issue at hand and she took it from there from start to finish. She was extremely polite and professional. She explained the entire process and even gave me a timeline for approval from Toyota. Within a week she followed up and contacted me directly and scheduled the vehicle to be repaired. Alyssa kept me informed from the time the vehicle was checked in to the time I received the car back. Not only was the damaged area repaired like new but it even was cleaned inside and out. Alyssa was excellent! This was a no cost repair. She was polite and professional and showed great attention to detail! Many people could take a lesson in customer service from Alyssa at Herb Chambers of Toyota in Auburn. More
