I am very happy with the service received. I bring in my vehicle every 5,000 miles and this was my 120,000 mile service appointment. I am even happier that Martin Dodd has returned to Auburn. In 2020, I m vehicle every 5,000 miles and this was my 120,000 mile service appointment. I am even happier that Martin Dodd has returned to Auburn. In 2020, I missed his great smile and welcoming personality. During this service, he kept me up-to-date on the work that was required, the costs involved and the subsequent status as to expected completion time. I do have one complaint. When the remodeling started, this dealership/servicing facility stopped providing car washing and vacuuming services at no charge, It's time to bring that back. I've heard other customers complain about this, and it is hurting Auburn's reputation. Yesterday, I requested that upon completion of the work I had done, which was expensive, that my Highlander be vacuumed and washed. That request was immediately honored. Neither myself or other customers should have to ask for these two services. We paid a lot for our vehicles to start with and it is expensive to be diligent and come in every 5,000 miles to maintain our vehicles. The least this dealership can do, is to wash and vacuum the cars they sell and service. Loyal customers should be rewarded in this manner. Best Regards, Janice R. LeBlanc More
