I got my Ascent 2019 here and getting sevice since then. They are great at taking care of the car and their customer. However, when it comes to the payment I forgot my card at home and asked them if I can pay with phone pay ( google pay or Samsung pay) and Older Adult woman(Shirt trimmed hair)- Tried to look her name but the didn't have any badge, told me "Not everybody has apple pay" and gave me a look( The look kinda says you are stupid). I thought about telling her not everybodys carries card around too, but I told her it's not Apple pay. While she wa saying that, Kimberly , another cashier, came in and emailed me the link to pay. I paid and left the dealership. It would be great if they update their payment system to tap as well as phone pay. More
