Vitaliy K. is the absolute best service advisor at any Subaru dealership in the DMW. He is the reason we continue to have all of our vehicles serviced at Herb is the absolute best service advisor at any Subaru dealership in the DMW. He is the reason we continue to have all of our vehicles serviced at Herb Gordon. He is friendly, respectful and communicative. He takes time to explain the services, even when it is just routine maintenace and alwasy makes sure you understand all your options if other repairs are needed. He is the fanastic and I highly recommend him. More

Michael Carey and the whole service team were EXTRAORDINARY today as they always are when I need them. En route for a 15,000 mile checkup, I learned my adult daughter was getting ready to deliver EXTRAORDINARY today as they always are when I need them. En route for a 15,000 mile checkup, I learned my adult daughter was getting ready to deliver my first grandchild, and I needed to get home 3 hours away, get my wife and prepare to travel sooner than we’d expected. Michael pulled out all the stops and I was out in about an hour when it should have taken two. I’m extremely thankful. Thank you Michael and Herb Gordon Subaru!! On a scale of ten?? A 12!! More
