I can be pretty skeptical about having someone work on my car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going there for much of the work. I feel like they've been honest with me as far as what my car needs and what my husband can do. (So that's helped on some of the labor costs and I really appreciate that!) Shout out to my new favorite service advisor, Michael Goodman! And the last time I went in I did not have an appointment, I was just doing the walk-in Express. All of the service advisors were busy, so the service director, Greg Edwards came right out to help me. Quality leadership makes a great team! Thank you Greg and Michael! More
