When I went to drop off our car for the repair of that problem, the paperwork and loaner car were waiting for me - no waiting or hassle. Mr. Edwards listened respectfully to my concerns, and made it clear that Herb Gordon wants to keep me as a customer. When the minor body damage to our car was repaired (skillfully), Mr. Edwards personally delivered the car to our home. We all make mistakes, and I appreciate that Mr. Edwards was sincerely apologetic for the mistakes of others on his team, and did everything in his power to make up for these mistakes. I value that kind of leadership, and am confident that Mr. Edwards will use this as a teaching opportunity .
