Upon delivery, there was a small ding in a molding. Brian ordered the part and two days later went to the shop to expedite the repair. This is the second time I got a car from heritage Chrysler Parkville and I been impressed both times. More

Understanding & insanely helpful I recently stopped into the dealership to see about trading my leased Grand Cherokee in on a new vehicle. I had leased this car from a different deal I recently stopped into the dealership to see about trading my leased Grand Cherokee in on a new vehicle. I had leased this car from a different dealership but had always had my Jeep serviced at Heritage. Jesse took his time to answer ALL 7 million of my questions and help me choose the right car EVEN though it wasn't what was going to make him or Heritage the most money. The worst part was dealing with the leasing company from the old Jeep, Ally Financial!! They passed him around 5 different times, put him on hold, wouldn't answer his questions, made him repeat the same thing over and over again, and just went around in circles with him wasting his and my time. I was embarrassed to be dealing with Ally Financial and making him go through all of that. They are the worst! Long story short, we were able to get the numbers we needed and although the numbers weren't in my favor... Jesse helped me out anyway he could!! Thanks a lot Jesse!! I will refer you to anyone I know needing a new or used car! More
