I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years and have to say Brian is one of the best salesman I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable about his product. First time having this location service my VW. A maximum 2 week job turned out to be over a month. Out of pocket exspenses for a rental also came along with that. Technicians documented false statements con 2 week job turned out to be over a month. Out of pocket exspenses for a rental also came along with that. Technicians documented false statements confirming my heat to work. After I told the advisor repeatedly it was not working. The very next day after picking up my vehicle, my car wouldn’t start ! Not to mention I was on my way to work and had to call road side assistance for a jump start. I then had to return my vehicle back to VW Parkville & receive a loaner. They then told me I needed a new battery and also one of the parts for my heater was faulty. Which goes back to my original comment about the technicians making false reports after I already told them it wasn’t. Long story short although this location is 7min from me, Id rather drive 30min to continue my vehicle care with the VW Owings Mills location More

I felt no pressure at any time during the buying process. Nick was a light hearted person and was an absolute joy to work with. His knowledge of the vehicles equipment and packages available helped me to choose the perfect vehicles. I was happy with the upfront pricing and disclosure of all figures before I started the application process. Nick has contacted me several times in the past week to follow up and answer any questions I have. The Man Basically I live in Buffalo, New York. Late December 2019 I purchased 2 ram 2500 trucks from him. I also traded in 2 trucks. Not only did Brian drive Basically I live in Buffalo, New York. Late December 2019 I purchased 2 ram 2500 trucks from him. I also traded in 2 trucks. Not only did Brian drive over 5 hours with a fellow driver, to deliver he also drove back 2 trades. I never had to step foot in the store or drive there. He valued my trades over the phone and stood by his numbers. My recent experience with Hertage Jeep Parkville was unbelievable. I have bought 7 new cars in my life and this was the smoothest transaction ever. Everyone I dealt with was easy going and did not play games. The price was great and they delivered as promised. I live 70 miles from the dealership and they delivered my car on a Friday night to my driveway during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Two weeks later I got my tags delivered by UPS overnight service. I can not believe how convenient this process was. Thanks to the team at Heritage. More
