They gave us the runaround big time and we kept dealing with different people instead of just one. Coming to Heritage GMC was so refreshing. Shawn was so amazing. He made things so convenient and easy for us. We know we didn’t spend lots of money on a new truck but he didn’t care. He still treated us with respect and explained everything to us. To be honest thinking about the challenges we had before and then coming here, I wanna cry because y’all were a huge blessing. I loved when I came in how I saw the GM down there with the sales guys!
