Eric got us the best deal possible. Having purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Bel Air Honda we began our search at Heritage. Eric listened to what we wanted in our next family vehicle. He recommended the Odyssey EX and was able to showcase all of the safety features, iPhone connectivity, and seating flexibility that were important to us. We wanted to look at the Toyota Sienna so we left Eric and his manager with the understanding that if we did choose the Honda, we would be back to work with Eric. A few text exchanges and a few days later, we felt that if we could get a great deal on our trade and if the price could be lowered on the van, that we would prefer the Odyssey EX over the Toyota Sienna. We brought in our trade and Eric worked to increase the value of the overall purchase. While it took a little more time than expected and some working back and forth with the manager (mostly on the value of the trade-in vehicle) we felt that Eric represented our case well and got us the best deal possible. Wonderful Dealer, Wonderful Experience Eduard was truly a pleasure to work with. I dreaded the car buying experience prior to beginning it, but Ed was not only honest and very informative, Eduard was truly a pleasure to work with. I dreaded the car buying experience prior to beginning it, but Ed was not only honest and very informative, but he also made the process enjoyable! From the minute we went to test drive, he gave us a tour of the car as though we had already purchased it! Everything from how to use the buttons on the car keys to how to control the AC was covered in the tour! As well as all the important car features! More of a tour than some people get even AFTER purchasing their vehicle. He was not pushy what so ever. On the day we came back to buy our vehicle, it was pouring rain. We had our 8 month old daughter with us. Ed pulled our trade in car as well as our new Pilot in to the garaged, covered service area so we could switch over our daughter's car seat without everything getting wet. He really cared and really went the extra mile. We love our new car and are thrilled with the service from both Ed and Heritage Honda of Bel Air. Would highly recommend to all.
