Terrible experiences every single time since my purchase. First issue was after I Purchased a 2026 Honda Passport TSE back on May 24th 2025, they scheduled to have my black out kit installed. Which took 5 ho First issue was after I Purchased a 2026 Honda Passport TSE back on May 24th 2025, they scheduled to have my black out kit installed. Which took 5 hours & service blamed sales & sales blamed service so there was no ownership of the issue. Next I schedule an appointment for “unable to update please see dealership” & they do not call, text, or email to remind you of the appointment. The last thing is they sold me on the ESP diamond ceramic coating protection plan to “protect my investment” told me all this stuff that’s covered & boom LIES. Less than 3 months later after a tiny small chip which I assumed was covered when I reach out to ESP said wasn’t covered. You’ll have a great sales experience, but everything after they take your money is completely ridiculous. More
