My dad and I went into heritage parkville in hopes of trading in my old car for a new civic lx. After speaking with a sales associate for a while, Oliver came to “help”. He told us that a base Lx model w trading in my old car for a new civic lx. After speaking with a sales associate for a while, Oliver came to “help”. He told us that a base Lx model was unavailable and recommended we look at the sport model they had. We test drove the car and liked it but after running the numbers we decided we wouldn’t go through with the deal. Oliver told us it would be months before another LX model was available in our region because of how quickly they sell out but we still decided to walk away. The next day I made an appointment with the Heritage in Westminster because I saw they had multiple lx models available. Coincidentally on the same day, I got a call from the sales associate at Parkville saying they miraculously had multiple LX models coming to the parkville lot and told me to come back and we would be able to get one. Of course we knew this was some type of trick but we decided to go back, of course when we arrived there were no LX models there. Oliver lied to get us back and after waiting around for this delivery we told Oliver and his team we were going to leave because we were tired of waiting. Oliver told us he was going to send someone from his team to personally pick up a car from another lot and he would be back in 20 minutes. We told him we were still going to leave. Oliver told us that the team at the Westminster location were lying about their inventory and if I left and went there they wouldn’t have the car either. I thanked Oliver for his time and effort so far but we weren’t feeling comfortable and had to go, I tried to shake his hand but he refused to shake mine. He shot up from his desk and stormed back to his office like a child who didn’t get his way. I laughed all the way to Westminster and bought my car there. More
