We went in looking to purchase a Honda Pilot. The experience was unlike any we’ve had during the 30 plus years in which we have purchased numerous cars from a variety of dealers. Tim who goes by the nick name Country was a pleasure to work with and nothing short of exceptional as our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable as evident by his fielding our barrage of questions with ease and poise. My wife and I asked to look at a number of cars and at no time did our interactions feel forced or uncomfortable as has happened during other transactions. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely purchase from “Country” and team again. If we had to rate the overall experience on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being the highest.
