Terrible experience with the online shopping. I inquired about a 26 Santa Fe, and asked for a price in writing. I got a response, and I asked for their best OTD, as I was looking at other dealer I inquired about a 26 Santa Fe, and asked for a price in writing. I got a response, and I asked for their best OTD, as I was looking at other dealerships. Days later I received an email asking about when I could come in, I said that I was still waiting for an OTD. Today I get a call from a finance manager asking me about my interest and I said that I was still waiting for the best OTD. Within minutes I received and email from the salesperson and wanted to know when I could come in and that he would beat the other dealers price by $300. I then emailed back and said that if I couldn't get and OTD, that they were wasting my time. Within minutes I received another email from another salesperson and again said that I had to come in to get the best OTD and that they would beat the price by $300.00, I told them not to communicate with me anymore and would not entertain a purchase with them. I have another dealership that has given me an OTD by email and very professional with no pressure. I will end up buying from them. sorry Heritage Hyundai, but, yours sales team was lacking and very disappointed with my whole interaction with them More

Horribly unprofessional, terrible products, bought a brand new car off the showroom floor had a dent in it. A paint chip hood was misaligned, in contact with corporate now, but overall absolutely horren brand new car off the showroom floor had a dent in it. I walked into Heritage Hyundai feeling overwhelmed and confused after several hectic weeks dealing with my son’s car breaking down. But from the moment we walked through the door until the very last staff member we encountered, the entire experience felt like family. It honestly felt as though we were all on a road trip together! Tolu, our representative, was exceptional. Although it was a long day, the time flew by because every moment of the experience was so pleasant and memorable. He genuinely cared, treated us with the utmost respect, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.
