Most efficient car buying experience across many dealerships. Knowledgeable and friendly staff encountered at each step of the process, and a non-aggressive sales approach made the team great to wor dealerships. While the dealership was great in helping me buy my car, every time I tried to contact them after that several times with questions or concerns I would never receive a call back. It has been 2 months and I every time I tried to contact them after that several times with questions or concerns I would never receive a call back. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my second key I was promised. I have had service issues and after dropping the car off one day, they lost its location when I came to pick it up and then I had to get a manager to help set to service for the car cuz they didn't do anything the day I dropped it off. It's a if me buying a used vehicle meant they would no longer help me. It's horrible customer service! More

Was very pleased with the customer service jack gave us. We knew what we wanted and could afford. Jack searched and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. We appreciate someone listening to us. I worked with George Varga and Stan Gabrovski, who both treated me well. I would give both of them 5 stars rating. I cannot say the same thing for Walt McDonald, who is one of the managers. As I live i treated me well. I would give both of them 5 stars rating. I cannot say the same thing for Walt McDonald, who is one of the managers. As I live in Pennsylvania, about 2.5 hours driving away from Heritage, most of my negotiation was done by phone calls. I felt Walt used some hardball high-pressure tactic on me. It went something like this: I asked for $X, which was a number George and I had previously agreed with. Walt says, no we can't do $X but we can do $(X + 150) instead. I said no thank you and we hung up. Walt calls me back just a few minutes later and says we can do $X but you have to come into our dealership tonight. The phone call was at around 5PM on Friday, so this means, to take this deal, I had to drop all my family plans for that night and do a long-distance driving with my family (total of 5~6 hours). Considering the time we need to spend at the dealership signing the documents and everything, we won't be back home until midnight. I asked if I can come in early the next morning (Saturday). He said no, if I come in the next day, he can't guarantee $X. Also he said there should be "give and take", by which I assume he means that he goes back to $X (the number I and George had agreed with) and I take the inconvenience of long distance driving at a whim. (From my standpoint, I still don't understand what is my "take" here.) Imagine the uncomfortable choice I'm just faced with. I understand that the dealership wants to seal the deal as soon as possible. But, I guess the dealership shouldn't see any difference in their bottom line if the deal happens in Friday night or Saturday morning. I also understand that, if we were to come in the next day, someone else may buy the vehicle ahead of us and it may not be available to me any more. However, I would rather decide myself if I want to take that risk or not. And I wish Walt had presented the choice to me as "Yes you can come in on Saturday morning, but someone else might have bought the vehicle before you arrive". If so, then I would have arranged a hotel stay in the area, keep all our family plans for the Friday night, drive down to the hotel late to stay for the night, and then come into the dealership first thing in the morning. Everyone would have come out happier. Yes, the hotel stay does cost money but this is a cost I choose to take to keep my family happy and comfortable, not a choice forced by someone else. Walt should understand that the bottom line is not the only thing that matters to customers. So, if you ever negotiate with Walt, know that this is one of the tactics he uses for his customers. And don't be surprised if he comes up with some difficult and unpleasant choices for you. More
