Ibrahim was so helpful and informative. I wasn't purchasing a new car, but a pre-owned SUV that wasn't a Hyundai so I thought his knowledge as to that vehicle might be limited since it is I wasn't purchasing a new car, but a pre-owned SUV that wasn't a Hyundai so I thought his knowledge as to that vehicle might be limited since it is a different make. However, he really did his homework and was able to show me everything I needed to know regarding the vehicle and he was able to answer all my questions. And always with a smile! I worked with Jack CoCo Sr. Waiting for the color combo I wanted, he was very patient with me even though I was being very picky. I finally decided to put a deposit on the one I wanted. He kept me updated throughout the waiting period. Finally got the call to come pick up the car, he did my trade-in and purchase. I also worked with Demetria, she was very helpful and accommodating as well. Let me come back to drop off a check and redid the contract with the updated info. Stan from Heritage Hyundai Towson helped us to purchase our 2022 Ioniq 5 EV (which we love) and he was absolutely awesome and pleasure to work with. This dealership has a large inventory, a straight-forwar our 2022 Ioniq 5 EV (which we love) and he was absolutely awesome and pleasure to work with. This dealership has a large inventory, a straight-forward way to get quotes and a competitive pricing compared to some other dealers. First, vehicle price was the same as they quoted us by email, so no time was spent haggling. Second, Stan quickly found the car we were going to buy (quoted VIN turned out to be a showroom car). We had a test drive and he explained everything about how the car operates and what charging options we have. Stan also set up a complimentary 2-year plan from Electrify America and a Bluelink phone app. He also advised about accessories available since we needed a hitch. All the paperwork was done efficiently, including financing through Hyundai Motor Finance (low rate!) and in about 4 hours we drove away. I should also mention that Stan stayed late, close to midnight, to make sure everything was done correctly, and we were ready to drive back home. Overall, the best and easiest car shopping experience we ever had, thanks to Stan Gabrovski and his Hyundai Towson team! More

A great guy who answer all of my questions and made the experience of buying a new car . A good experience. Had no way of driving both cars home , my old car and new car . He drove my old car home for me a experience of buying a new car . A good experience. Had no way of driving both cars home , my old car and new car . What can I say? Stan is the best. My mom bought a new car from him 5 months ago and I planned on coming back when I needed a car, but this ended up being sooner than Stan is the best. My mom bought a new car from him 5 months ago and I planned on coming back when I needed a car, but this ended up being sooner than I thought after an accident. I was very indecisive and changed the model of vehicle I wanted mid-sale and Stan was very patient and answered all my questions and helped make this happen as quickly as possible so I could return my rental car. Demetria helped work out the financing and here I am with a new car! Thanks everyone! More
