The dealer rep wasn’t just good, he was outstanding. The support people where informed and legitimately concerned about my concerns. No fooling around or excess manipulation. When he asked me what it would take to make the deal work for me, he honestly told me the obstacles I’d he’d be dealing with and then went to work. Came back 10 minutes later with an acceptable number. I’ve been a customer of this place for 20 years. You want to deal with some quality people,...go to this dealership. It had been 10 years since I’ve bought a new car. Walked in the door and first thing I’m asked from the same rep I used 10 years ago is “ How’s my wife.”. And he remembered her name. Excellent first time experience trading/buying another vehic I dealt with Wil Wells who assisted me in most of my transactions when trading in and purchasing another vehicle. Wil put me at ease, walked me through the entire experience and was very cordial and professional. I have very high standards I expect in regards to customer service and Wil met and exceeded these standards. I asked for additional cards to pass onto family, friends and coworkers who may be purchasing a vehicle in the near future.
