This new car was our second Subaru from this dealer in 2 years. We came back because of our very positive experience the first time. May Farris was our salesperson and she was awesome! No pressure at all from her and she patiently explained the different trim levels and helped us decide and order the one we wanted. Unfortunately since this was a COVID-era experience, inventory and shipping was a problem but May said that we should have our car by the middle or end of February. And she nailed it! Came in on the 23rd and we went in and she made the whole purchasing and pick up go smoothly and quickly. In our opinion, May deserves 6 stars! More
