I brought my Forester in for a repair and was given a Crosstrek to drive while it was being worked on (for free, BTW, because I purchased the extended warranty--SO WORTH IT). I loved driving the smaller car so much that I didn't want to return it. When I did return it, Nikki suggested I take a look at the even smaller and sleeker Impreza. Anley made a trade-in offer I couldn't refuse, and William facilitated the deal. A manager with excellent connections whose name I don't know got me the color I wanted.
