Took Outback in for service; drove away with a new Forester While crossing the lot to pick up my 2015 Outback from its 30K mile service, Sanjay Stachan greeted me and asked if he could help me. I explained tha While crossing the lot to pick up my 2015 Outback from its 30K mile service, Sanjay Stachan greeted me and asked if he could help me. I explained that I was just waiting for my car; we talked a little about the car and he asked if I would be interested in a new car. It was the end of both the month and the quarter, and excellent trade-ins were available for good used cars. I really wasn't interested; our car was only three years old and we usually keep them for 10 to 15 years. We chatted a bit about what I would need if I were looking for a new car. He listened, then suggested I look at a Forester: it's a little smaller than the Outback but with nearly identical cabin space; has more advanced safety features; and has an adjustable lumbar support, so I wouldn't need to drive with a pillow behind my back. We took a test drive and I really liked how it drove and felt. We talked pricing and, unlike our previous experience with many salesman-to-manager round trips, we had an agreement after just two conversations. My husband wasn't with me, so we took a 30-mile round trip to show the car to him and get his thoughts. We decided to buy the car. We downgraded from a Limited to a Premium, but we didn't really need what we gave up, and it helped result in an incremental cost only modestly more than what we still owed on the Outback. Sanjay was great to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the distinctions between the Outback and Forester. He listened to my needs and lifestyle and didn't try to push things we didn't need. He was very helpful along the way, even setting up my radio stations and phone connection. I would definitely work with him again. Sanjay's colleagues were very friendly and helpful as well, answering questions in his absence (he was on a test drive with another customer) and providing a brochure. More

I shared my experience (with the manager and Mei Kei) after recently being involved in an head on collision that totaled my 8 month old 2017 Outback Touring. I am blessed to be alive and am here to share with you that Subaru's are Extremly safe! I was'nt ready to buy a car that day. Mei Kei gave me her business card and said when your ready to give her a call. I knew I didn't want to buy another 2017 nor another touring but I did love and want all the features that it had. Mei Kei was very compassionate, knowledgeable, considerate and patient with me as we built and ordered my new 2018 Outback Mei Kei was readily available by telephone or email to answer any questions. Mei Kei's email signature block was personalized with her picture. Which I found to be a nice feature! Mei Kei kept me posted on the status of my new Outback from the production and shipment. As soon as my Outback arrived at Hertiage; Mei Kei surprised me with pictures (while it was still on the delivery truck) and emailed me immediately. What a great touch! When we arrived at the dealership, the Outback was parked out front with red balloons 🎈 🎀 and a big red ribbon - that's First Class!! We really appreciated Mei Kei's efforts for coordinating with everyone in expediting the final vehicle preparation and paperwork allowing the purchasing process to be completed smoothly and painless. Thank you Mei Kei! I love my new Outback💕 Mei Kei is very personal, friendly and an enthusiastic sales person who wears a sincere smile and her inner integrity that made purchasing a vehicle a joy. Amazingly Helpful & Genuinely Kind Staff I came in after ditching my first appointment to check out a few 2017 Impreza Sports that I had found online when browsing. Santos was super friendly I came in after ditching my first appointment to check out a few 2017 Impreza Sports that I had found online when browsing. Santos was super friendly and helpful and understood my situation and busted his butt along with Gregory Jacobson to get my numbers to where I needed them in order to go home with the car I fell in love with online (and even more so in person). They weren't pushy at all and I was there near close but that didn't deter(sp?) them from doing what it took to earn my business and keep me happy and comfortable with my pricing and payments. From the sales floor to the sale manager all the way through to Milton Taylor the business manager the team was amazing and NOT PUSHY like you would think with car sales. More
