But one soon finds she is diligently dedicated to her craft. She assiduously learns every detail of the models she sells, understands the buying process from both sides of the sales desk, and deals with her customers with absolute respect, avoiding even a hint of puffery or duplicity (and as a federal judge, I am quite accustomed to recognizing both!) New buyers, no matter at what stage of shopping for a new vehicle, would do well to ask for her by name. More

Fantastic experience !!! I originally went to this dealership to see If the 2020 model had arrived (it hadn’t) and to ask a couple of questions about the Crosstrek. I left with a brand new Crosstrek thanks to Mei Kei Hong. Mei Kei was awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Emily was very straightforward, and put together a deal that was amazing. One of the other salespeople also helped out with the delivery (Matt) and he was incredibly well versed in the operation of the vehicle. Finally, there was Mr. Liddiard, the finance & insurance guy, who found some incredible financing for us. There really were no downsides here. BTW, our last car purchase was also at a Mile One dealership. I priced them as well this time, but Emily Bintz at Heritage was unbeatable, and just made everything so easy. More
