Very Good Customer Service My Service Advisor is William Middleton and he prides himself on knowing his customers by name & doing his best to accommodate the best economical way My Service Advisor is William Middleton and he prides himself on knowing his customers by name & doing his best to accommodate the best economical way to service your vehicle along with a follow up call to make sure you are satisfied. The Service Dept itself is very cordial and seems to create an atmosphere of "your car is in good hands here" and that's a comfort I like as long as the service is quality assured & I don't have to bring my car back for the same issues...I'm very satisfied! Came in for 60k mile service I recommend anyone and everyone who owns a Subaru to do maintenance at Heritage. If you can, ask for Bill.
